Return Policy

1.    What is your Return Policy?
On regular priced orders, our store policy is exchange or store credit only within 14 days of receipt of the order.  Merchandise must be returned in its original box, unworn with the receipt enclosed. Credit will be issued upon arrival of the returned merchandise. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Sale and discounted merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned.

2.    How do I exchange for a different size/style?  
If you would like to return your item for a new style or different size, please email your request within 14 days of receiving your order to sales@ellashoes.ca. If the item is unavailable, we will put it on hold for you and the notify you when it arrives.

Important Shipping Information
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Returns should be sent by your domestic mail service and must be fully insured with a tracking number. Parcels should not be returned C.O.D. or via a courier service (i.e. FedEx, UPS etc.). For U.S. and International returns, mark the parcel as "Canadian Goods Return" on customs forms. Duties charged to ella-shoes.myshopify.com as a result of mislabelling or marking as "gift" will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.
